Returns Policy

Standard no-fault returns

  1. Goods can only be returned up to 14 working days starting the day after delivery
  2. Products are returned at your own cost, unused and undamaged in their original packaging
  3. The goods remain your responsibility until the goods have been received on Happi London’s premises
  4. Goods must be returned in full pack quantities. We cannot offer any refunds on partial packs
  5. Refunds don’t include delivery charges
  6. Happi London will endeavour to process all returns within 3 – 5 working days of receipt of the return

Can I get a refund?

Our refund policy is 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.  If it is within the 14 day limit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. To complete your return, we require an order confirmation as proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.  

How are refunds processed?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, or original method of payment, within 3-5 working days (depending on your individual bank).

What if my refund is late or missing?

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. You should then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If this is unsuccessful then you should contact your bank as there is often additionally processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@happilondon.com and we will be more than happy to check to make sure it has been processed correctly.
